Annual Foothills Festival

Every year in March, my mom's side of the family heads up to Grass Valley for the annual Foothills Festival in downtown Grass Valley. My great aunt lives in Penn Valley, so it's also an excuse to visit. The Foothills Festival is really fun because all the little shops around Main Street are open and host a winery and a restaurant or catering company. You get a glass and tickets for food and just wander in and out of the shops eating great food and tasting great wine. And maybe you do a little shopping too!And every year we say we're going to have to take a group picture. This is as close as we got....
