Looking back at past posts, I realized that I haven't posted about my weight loss in a VERY long time (February to be exact). I've still been weighing in here and there, but for the most part, I haven't really been focused on my weight loss in all that time. Not like I was at the beginning of the year. So, May 1st is a time to refocus. I've essentially kept the weight off, but I haven't been making any progress. Obviously something was working back in Jan!! The last few months have been extremely stressful, included lots of travel for work and lots of extra hours at work. That won't change for at least another couple of months, but I want to go back and focus on ME. Because I deserve it.
SO, without further ado, my stats for May 1st:
Starting Weight: 240.0 lbs
Weigh-In This Week: 233.6 lbs
Total Down: 6.4 lbs
Waist: 37"

Thigh: 31.5"
Upper Arm: 15"
Neck: 13.5"

Waist to Hip Ratio: 0.69
Body Fat %: 39.9%
