I'm starting over. And I have a plan.
The good thing about Weight Watchers when it was working for me was that it pushed me to be honest with my diet because someone else was looking at that number on the scale. When I did the online on my own, I was just cheating myself.
So, from now on, at the beginning of each month I'm going to take my measurements and take a photo. No hiding behind it either. Because I'm going to post them here. So here it goes, my first entry. Wish me luck!
