Our backyard is tiered, so the neighbor's yard behind us are way up at the top of the hill. One of them apparently planted a garden along their back fence. As it grew, a branch had come through the fence and grew. And grew. And GREW. One night, as we were having dinner on the patio, I happened to look up and noticed two very long, large green vegetable-type things hanging in between the roses on the top tier. I pointed it out to Brian and he went up to investigate. He brought them down and we cut one of them up and tried to figure out what they were. Unfortunately, because they had grown so big, there wasn't any smell or taste (yeeeah....Brian tested that one, not me).
After much speculating, the best we could figure is that it's a cucumber.
